  1. Superheroes (2011)

A journey inside the world of real life caped crusaders. From all over America, these self-proclaimed crime fighters, don masks, homemade costumes and elaborate utility belts in an attempt to bring justice to evildoers everywhere.

Vigilante justice at its… finest? A charismatic drunk, an awkward geek, people with anger issues, pride and a thirst to take the wheel and drive… crime away!

A passionate few. The good and bad side of superhero life was balanced and presented in a respectable manner. Undeniably, Comic books have been a tremendous influence in all our lives. Some people have stepped up…

A nice little documentary about a chosen/destined few. The film looks at the coin from both sides. The one thing that upset me was the anticlimactic lives they live. They sure ain’t no Batman, but they try. The charitable essence of “making the world a better and safer place for all” was admirable.

This was good but could have been better. I expected actual crime fighting, but saw more of a character story. Impressive work, even without the razzle dazzle of action and high speed chases. This film’s got heart.

Real-Life Superheros are among us, and there are more born every minute… just look in the mirror. Let’s make the world a better place.

Some might call then losers, others call them heroes. Everyday people becoming extraordinary people.
